• We are looking for all variety of Acts that are entertaining to be performed at the Edwin S. Porter Theatre on January 23, 2016 at 6 pm. Please report to the theatre at 3 pm.

• Contestants of all ages are eligible to enter. Parent/Guardian must be present with contestants under the age of 18. Parent/Guardian must provide his/her signature on the registration

•  A  $10.00 registration fee and CD must accompany your registration to reserve your place

 

• Music submission must be labeled with the contestant’s full name / address / phone number and the name of the selection performed. All music must be turned in to the Theatre by 1/16/2016.

 

• Instruments, CD’s and Props must be provided by entrant

 

• Acts may be up to 4 minutes in length with a maximum of 5 minutes.

 

• All performances must be in good taste. Lyrics or subject matter deemed inappropriate to a family-style audience will disqualify the participant.

 

• No acts using Knives, Machetes, fire, etc. will not be accepted

 

• There will be a panel of Judges and their decision will be final.

 

•  Winners will be announced at the end of the program

 

• Contestants will be judged on Professionalism, Technical Ability, Appearance/Costume, Creativity, Audience Appropriateness, and People’s Choice Vote.

 

• Winner will be asked to return to Perform their act to open the show for our feature performer, Buddy & Jerry Lee... A LIVE On-stage tribute, on 2/13/2016 at The Edwin S. Porter Theater

 

•  I give permission for myself/my child to be photographed and interviewed and

         permission to have my /my child’s name and picture used in local media and social media
